Synopsis

This participative performance – born in the wake of the pandemic – proposes that a group of spectators follow a series of instructions of movement/training for the body and the mind, through headphones, in the public space. How do we connect to each other as individuals in a world of closed borders and bared vulnerabilities? What does the body remember and what does it forget? Can we create new links? An experience that will move you in the space between sharing and experiencing solitude.
