Synopsis

It is on the street and in direct contact with the public where choreographer Milan Emmanuel finds the essence and inspiration for his art. He produces shows at the crossroads of urban and contemporary arts and oversees projects aimed at the professionalisation of hip-hop dancers and circus artists in Belgium and Africa. This piece, that arose from a hip-hop workshop in Morocco, starts off from the life experiences of the dancers: pride in their origins and culture and openness to the world, their joys, difficulties, sorrows and also hopes. Past, present and future worlds, a joyful and powerful imagination. Universal brotherhood.
