Rumbo a Farout

Synopsis

Project led by Jesús Nieto that aims to expand the theatrical act towards new places and paths, representing other worlds and creating new imaginaries, with technology as an ally. Bio-Drama proposes a series of pieces that make up a single ecosystem but that can be experienced separately. They share the genre of speculative science fiction and the fact that each piece raises a question about the present we inhabit. Here we present “Heading to Farout”. The farthest object in the Solar System ever observed by man from Earth was discovered in 2018. This tiny planet was named Farout. A group of 12 young drama students come together to change the world on an imaginary utopian journey to Farout, with the aim of embarking on a new way of life that avoids the mistakes made on Earth.
