GIVE ME PROTEIN

Synopsis

This piece is an emergency rescue about a loss of communication and human sensibility. A reflection on the stereotypes of the gymnasium, the obsession with image, the idealisation of aesthetics and the enslavement of the body. Movement and humour put to the service of a show about the banalisation of life. Can a gym be transformed into a stage space? Can we become mere merchants of our own image? What will remain of us after death? Perhaps remains of protein powder?
