The presence of temporary bars and food outlets, sweet shops, stalls or outlets selling fried or other foodstuffs in the street during the days of La Fira is limited and subject to the concessions that, on the basis of public tenders, are assigned periodically (the details are published in the Butlletí Oficial de la Província). Apart from these, all sales of drinks or food products in the street from fixed or mobile stands is prohibited.
