Companies programmed in closed venues
The companies programmed in closed venues with payment for tickets shall receive 60% of the box office sales, after the deduction of taxes, copyright and the commission on ticket sales.

Companies programmed in free street theatre venues
The companies that perform in free street venues shall receive a set quantity for transport costs from the Fira.

2- Accommodation and expenses of the companies

Number of people
The Fira shall count as members of a company, for accommodation and board purposes the number of actors/actresses who appear in the work and up to a maximum of three people who may attend in the role of technical staff.

Board
The Fira, through the system established by the organisation itself, will provide board (lunch and supper for the company according to the times and days of their performance or performances.

Accommodation
The Fira shall accommodate the company in accordance with the times and days of their performance or performances and their normal abode.

Please bear in mind that the limited number of beds and accommodation limits the possibilities of accommodating the companies. The companies participating in FiraTàrrega shall be accommodated, in acordance with the organisation's criteria in the following two places:

• Tàrrega (Alberg Ca N'Aleix)
• Lleida (Alberg Sant Anastasi)

The Fira provides a bus service between Tàrrega and Lleida.

These “Conditions of participation” for the companies are subject and subordinate to the contract that shall be signed by the company and the Board of the Fira.
